Do I ship you a bottle, or do you source it?

I source it for you. The $320 covers a bottle up to $30 retail. For a fancier bottle, I pass through the upgrade cost. If you have a bottle from the simcha itself, ship it to me and I will paint on that one.

Question 2

How long will the paint last on my custom painted wine bottle?

The paint is sealed and meant to last for generations as a display piece. Keep the bottle out of direct sunlight and avoid washing it. Treat it like a framed painting, not a kitchen item.

How do you ship the bottle?

Accepted Answer

Each bottle ships double-boxed with foam padding and tracking. I insure every shipment for full replacement value. Most US orders arrive within five business days of leaving the studio.

Do you take rush orders on a custom painted wine bottle?

Sometimes. If your simcha is less than three weeks away, message me on WhatsApp. A rush fee may apply. I will tell you honestly if the timeline is workable or not.

What can be painted on the bottle?

Almost anything tied to the simcha. Portraits of the chosson and kallah, the chuppah, a verse, a Hebrew name, the baby’s bris details, an anniversary date and location. We will sketch it together first.

Question 6

Can I return a custom bottle?

Accepted Answer

Because each bottle is hand-painted to your simcha, returns are not offered. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within forty-eight hours and I will replace or refund right away.
