Everything you might want to know about my art, the process, and how it all works.
I offer three types of artwork: Original paintings (one-of-a-kind, hand-painted pieces in oil or watercolor), Semi-Original artwork (prints hand-embellished with real paint and gold leaf, each one unique and customizable), and Giclee Prints (high-quality archival reproductions on premium canvas or paper). I also do custom commissions and offer Judaica gift products like the Vezakeini plaque and Hadlakas Neiros plaque.
A semi-original is something I am really proud of. It starts as a fine art print of one of my original paintings, and then I work on it by hand, adding layers of real paint, texture, and gold leaf. The result has the soul and warmth of an original, with real brushstrokes and gold leaf catching the light. I can customize the colors to match your space, and because each one is embellished by hand, no two are ever exactly alike. It is a beautiful way to own original artwork at a more accessible price.
Original paintings typically range from $1,800 to $6,500 depending on size and complexity. Semi-originals, hand-embellished with paint and gold leaf, range from $700 to $1,850. Giclee prints range from $200 to $850. Custom commissions are priced individually based on size, medium, and subject. Feel free to reach out and I am happy to discuss options for any budget.
Absolutely! Commissions are one of my favorite parts of what I do. We work together to co-create your dream piece, whether it is a portrait, a scene from your life, a specific color palette for your home, or a meaningful Jewish theme. I will walk you through the entire process and send progress photos along the way. Just reach out via WhatsApp or the contact page and we can start the conversation.
Yes! I ship worldwide from New York and Jerusalem. Original paintings and semi-originals are carefully packaged and insured for safe delivery. Prints ship flat or in protective tubes. Shipping costs and timelines vary depending on your location, so reach out and I will give you a specific quote.
I keep things personal. There is no online shopping cart. Instead, we connect directly. You can reach me through WhatsApp, email, or the contact form on this site. Tell me which piece caught your eye, or what you are looking for, and we will take it from there. I find that a personal conversation helps me understand what you need and helps you feel confident in your choice.
Yes! That is one of the best parts. Since I am embellishing each semi-original by hand, I can adjust the color palette to complement your space. If you love a painting but need warmer tones for your living room or want more gold accents, just let me know. We will talk through the details together and I will create something that feels perfect in your home.
Art makes a wonderful Jewish wedding gift because it becomes part of the couple's first home. A Jerusalem painting, a Kotel scene, or a piece that captures the beauty of Jewish life gives them something meaningful to look at every single day. Semi-originals are especially popular as wedding gifts because they are original artwork at an accessible price point, and I can customize the colors. Hand-painted wine and whiskey bottles are also a beautiful and budget-friendly option, personalized and memorable, and guaranteed to be remembered long after the wedding. I am always happy to help you choose the right piece. Just tell me a little about the couple.
An original painting is one-of-a-kind, hand-painted by me on canvas with textured brushstrokes and often gold leaf. Once it sells, it is gone forever. A giclee print is a high-quality reproduction of an original, printed with archival inks on premium canvas or paper. It captures the color and detail beautifully, but without the physical texture. A semi-original is the best of both worlds. It starts as a fine art print, and then I work on it by hand, adding real layers of paint, texture, and gold leaf. Every semi-original is unique, and I can customize the colors to match your space. You get the soul of an original at a more accessible price.
My studio is in New York, and my work is deeply rooted in the art and spirit of Jerusalem, where I lived for six years. While I do not have a physical gallery space for visitors, I am always happy to show you around virtually or send photos of works in progress. Everything I create ships worldwide from New York and Jerusalem.
I love hearing from people. Reach out anytime - no question is too small.
